Handle operational tasks and work cross-functional
Key Responsibilities
- Work on strategic communication with the retail own brand team and exclusive brand team.
- Develop marketing & communication strategy both online & offline including budgets and timeline management.
- MLM Strategy management locates and contributes to MLM’s structural
- Manage and execute marketing & communication campaign and activities, monitor the performance, and evaluate.
- Support and manage brand under well gate and website.
- Work closely with agencies to deliver campaigns and communication to ensure the brand objectives are achieved.
- To build up the Modern Trade market segment
- Developing and maintaining key retail relationships to ensure sustainable business growth
- Achieve targets and Monitor account performance regarding the monthly/quarterly/yearly targets
- Ensuring customer demand matches with account sales forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Communication, Business Administration, Retail, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Marketing and Brand Management.
- Prefer experience working with agency partners on creative, consumer research, and media
- Good in English & Thai both written, spoken, and command
- Performance/result driven
- Able to handle operational tasks and work cross-functionally.
- Able to work under pressure and have a self-initiative mindset.
